Consulting & Itinerary Planning
You are a traveler, not a tourist.
We start by learning about your dreams for your trip. First you’ll complete our Let’s Get Started form, then we’ll reach out to schedule a phone call to get more clarity about your trip and create a proposal.
We want to work closely with you to build a trip that best reflects your interests, desires, and preferences. Our team custom-builds each proposal to match your travel needs and wants. The process of building a customized itinerary to meet your preferences does take some time.
Our fees are generally based on the number of persons, the length of the trip, and the number of days until you depart. The fee covers everything from the initial research and building of an itinerary to the managing of your reservations once booked. In addition, we will be with you until you return home. We support your trip from start to finish!
Because our fee covers the research time, interaction with vendors, and often international communications, the fee will be charged on the day we agree to work together.

Ritz-Carlton STARS Benefits
Booking through Ron Phillips Travel, an affiliate of Brownell, you are able to receive the following Ritz-Carlton STARS benefits:
- Top priority waitlist in sold out situations
- No walk policy in sold out situations
- First priority for specialty requests — room types, bedding, location & connecting rooms
- Personal welcome by hotel management
- Welcome card from the General Manager
- Pre-registration and express check in
- 4:00 pm late check out upon request
- Continental breakfast for two
- Complimentary in room amenity
- Room or suite upgrade subject to availability at check in. For some select hotels, upgrade may be at time of reservation.
Select hotels also include full American or Buffet Breakfast, spa credits, food or beverage credits, and specialized value-added amenities. These benefits are only available when booking through a STARS member agency. Again, while every effort will be made to extend all the privileges requested for VIP clients, some of these benefits are based on availability and may, on occasion, not be available.
In addition, each Ritz-Carlton property has a STARS Guardian Angel. This Ritz-Carlton representative responds to special requests and questions from any STARS travel advisor. Working through this Angel, Ron Phillips Travel can ensure you have a memorable stay.

Belmond Bellini Member Benefits
The Bellini Club was developed to forge a closer working relationship between Belmond and selected agency partners.
